I offer counselling for individuals with a warm, caring approach to help you navigate life's challenges and come out stronger.
With years of experience, I offer personalised counselling, either in-person, online or walk and talk sessions.
It may be that you want support through a difficult time in your life or that you wish to break free from old patterns of behaviour and move forward with more resilience and hope.
The idea of starting counselling can be daunting so I offer a free 30 minute preliminary session to allow time for both of us to discover if we feel happy to work together.
