About Me
I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor working with an integrated flexible approach. This means we will work collaboratively to create a way forward which is suited to your needs.
I work either long term with clients or you may only wish to have a few sessions.
Sessions usually take place on a weekly basis but fortnightly can be negotiated. Daytime and evening sessions are offered, subject to availability.
As an experienced counsellor I have a particular interest in working with Autistic adults. whether diagnosed in childhood, later life or exploring your neurotype, together, we'll work to develop strategies and understand your unique needs as an Autistic person. My priority is your mental wellbeing, offering support and understanding. Exploring the lived experiences of sensory sensitivities, masking and Autistic burnout can lead to creating a sustainable work and life balance for the future.
